Having an Innovation Process

A primary requirement for successful innovation is that firms have an explicit and carefully-crafted innovation process.  Below is a conventional model of an innovation process.

Companies need to structure a way in which high quality ideas are generated; a way they they get evaluated; a way they get strengthened and converted from raw ideas into testable concepts.  And, crucially, companies need to agree on a way in which ideas get activated, launched, introduced or implemented.

The Innovation Foundation has now worked with many companies to help them create a customised innovation process that works for them.  These are bespoke and reflective of the sector and the nature of the business itself.  We have done them for service companies, public sector, product companies.  We are confident that we can develop the right innovation process for your organisation.
